If Pro isn't for you, email within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Include the email you used at checkout or your Stripe receipt.
Monthly renewals are generally not refundable — cancel anytime before the renewal date via "Manage subscription" in the extension and you keep Pro until the period ends. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly (for example, you canceled but the cancellation didn't register), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
EA updates occasionally break functionality. If a core Pro feature is broken for more than 7 consecutive days during your billing period, you're entitled to a refund of that month on request.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
