Include this in your email
  1. What you were doing and what went wrong (a screenshot of the panel's log helps a lot — click “show log” at the bottom of the panel).
  2. Your extension version — shown at the top of the panel (e.g. v2.3).
  3. If you're a Pro user: your license key (it's in the Pro tab).
Common situations
I lost my license key

Email us from the address you used at checkout (or attach your Stripe receipt) and we'll resend your key.

Something broke after an EA update

EA updates the web app frequently and occasionally breaks tools like this. Fixes usually ship within days and install automatically from the Chrome Web Store — no action needed on your side. If it's been broken for a while, email us; if a core Pro feature is down for more than 7 days of your billing period, the refund policy covers that month.

Billing — cancel, change card, refunds

Open the extension's Pro tab → Manage subscription — that's Stripe's secure portal where you can cancel or update your card yourself, instantly. Refunds: see the refund policy (7-day no-questions guarantee on your first payment).

The panel doesn't appear in the web app

Refresh the EA FC web app page (F5) after installing or updating the extension — the page keeps the old script until you do. Make sure you're on ea.com/ea-sports-fc/ultimate-team/web-app and signed in.
